I didn’t grow up dreaming of becoming a business coach.
I just wanted freedom.
Time. Space. Peace of mind.
And work that actually meant something.
For a long time, I thought success meant pushing harder and saying yes to everything. So I did exactly that.

I spent 14 years in corporate roles helping companies grow. IBM. Lenovo. Novell. I’ve built my own businesses. 8 of them. One of them crossed $340K a year.
From the outside, it looked great. From the inside, it felt heavy.
I was working 80-hour weeks. Waking up at 3am with my mind racing. Always 'on.' Always behind. On anxiety meds just to function. Burned out. And still telling myself. This is just what success costs.
One day, my niece asked why I was never around. Not in a dramatic way. Just curious. And something in me cracked.
Because I realized the truth I had been avoiding: If this is success… I don’t want it. That question — asked by a seven-year-old who just missed her uncle — changed everything.
That was the moment I stopped trying to make the old model work.
I didn’t walk away from business. I walked away from doing it the hard way.
I stripped out what didn’t matter. I changed how I made decisions. I stopped letting fear and busyness run the show. I also stopped operating like a technician who needed to control everything — and started thinking like the CEO the business actually needed.
Within 90 days, I went from 80-hour weeks to 25 hours — and revenue went UP. Same business. Completely different operating system. Not by pushing harder. By getting clearer on what was actually broken.
Today, I work about 25–35 hours a week, live globally, and still grow my business. More importantly, I enjoy my life again.
I do this work because I know what it costs to build a prison that looks like success from the outside.
I don’t help people simply “optimize productivity.” I help entrepreneurs stop sabotaging themselves with patterns they don't even realize they're running — micromanaging, undercharging, over-delivering, staying perpetually busy to avoid the work that would actually move the needle.
It can be scary or overwhelming - I get it! I was there.
Most of the people I work with are capable, driven, and already successful by most standards. They don’t need motivation. They need:
• Fewer mental loops.
• Cleaner decisions.
• Space to think.
• To only do what they love and are good at all day long.
• A business that fits who you are now and the life you actually want.
I care about this work because I know how easy it is to build a prison that looks like success.
I know what it’s like to build a business where you can work anywhere in the world, anytime you want, with anyone you want! Or spend more time with family or friends! Maybe it’s volunteering or giving back!
And I refuse to let someone’s business that became their prison be the end of the story.

I combine:
Deep performance psychology work.
Practical freedom-first business strategies.
Tweaking the business structure & services to allow you to grow BY working LESS.
Real support when you’re stuck.
No “watch another video and hope.”
No pressure to hustle.
No pretending fear doesn’t exist.
We deal with what’s actually happening — in your business and in your head — and we fix it at the root.
The result isn’t just more money.
It’s calm, confidence, and momentum that lasts.
Freedom. Taking back 10-20 hours each week.
What do you want to do with that extra time?
What do you want to do with that extra time?
It works. Here's one example: Nik went from 7 revenue streams down to 2 — and added $23K/month within 90 days. Less complexity, more revenue. Exactly how this is supposed to work.

I work 25–35 hours a week from wherever I want — Southeast Asia, Central America, South America, sometimes Toronto. Not because I'm special. Because I fixed what was broken.
I train, journal, move my body, rest. I spend time with people I care about. I sleep well. I laugh a lot.
That's the version of success I help others build.
You’re not lazy. You’re not behind. And you’re definitely not broken.
You may be burnt out or exhausted, overwhelmed, frustrated and feeling stuck. You’re just ready for a different way.
If you're ready to stop fighting yourself and start building something that actually works — let's talk.
